1. The rooms were clean and any time we called room service for extra towels etc., we were attended to immediately.

2. We ordered sodas for $1 each, beer 6 pack for $8, quart of milk for $3, all delivered to our room and added to our refrigerator by room service, but do not have to pay rs surcharge and tip policy, great deal for hotel of this caliber.

3. I can't say that I ate in the The Swan's several restaurants but I did utilize room service which was great and quick and I went over to Shula's Steak House in The Dolphin and ate two evening meals which were wonderful.

8. We didn't hear almost any noise from other hotel guests, doors slamming, etc. The room service pancakes were very good and huge portions for three kids to share one plate.
