Staff is very nice and helpful (front desk & concierge), but we never saw anyone at the 'guest services' area and I don't feel they do a good enough job of explaining the shuttle buses, timing, etc. By 8:30 on a Sunday morning the little coffee/pastry counter was already out of chocolate croissants.
