1. Check-in was quick and efficient, and dare I say, even friendly despite the fact that we had booked through Hotwire.

2. Jose saw I was struggling with the US Air onlne check in and not only did he put me in contact with the concierge Dan Macey to help with my check in but he made all the arrangements I would need for a car service in the morning to the airport.

3. An lastly the concierge Dan Macey not only did my online check in quickly and efficiently but he recommended a delicious restaurant only minutes from the hotel (and gave my friend and I a voucher for 2 free desserts!).

5. Check-in was a breeze, the people were so lovely, I was 3 hours earlier for check-in and they found me a great room, in the area of the hotel I requested.

6. Stayed on the 15th fllor on a Saturday, had a fast check in, great parking however all night long you could hear the light rail from the South Tower 15th floor, even during 3 and 4 in the morning you would hear the trains.

10. First off my check in was enjoyable because they had a make a green choice program which allowed me to exchange points for not having housekeeping which helped me double my points during my stay.
