2. Stayed on the 15th fllor on a Saturday, had a fast check in, great parking however all night long you could hear the light rail from the South Tower 15th floor, even during 3 and 4 in the morning you would hear the trains.

7. Well that certainly did not happen, and after being told rudely that we would just have to find someplace else, we ended up parking 1/2 mile away (would have been nice if we could have at least unloaded our luggage).

When it was my turn to check in I was greeted as a preferred Starwood member (don't remember when I registered for this, but THEY knew), was checked in promptly, was given details about Internet use, parking, and the new green program which gave me a $5 food/beverage voucher per day for declining housekeeping service during my stay.
