9. however, concierge Donna Visnear (not sure about that last name) was very helpful - warm, welcoming, friendly, and a pleasure to interact with, and the bed was perfectly comfortable; the TV worked (but the online folio did not); the bathroom was clean, but I wouldn't stay at the hotel again.
