6. They presented me a bill for 96 persons on the basis that they had to set more place settings (as people moved to visit with others) and that rather than counting the actual number of people, they counted place settings.

7. After getting the bill, it appears that our Group Reservations girl is no longer working at the Sheraton, and they refused to honor her commitment.

8. This is a convention hotel (attached to a convention center across the street) and the assumption is that someone else is paying your bill.

9. The calls did not go through, but I was charged $9.00 per call for a call with a length of 0:01 on my bill (to be fair, the hotel did remove this charges when I complained).
