As mentioned in other reviews, there is no room service at this hotel, which did not matter to us, and there was a small snack bar area with drinks and snacks in the hotel lobby you could purchase , and there were plenty of restaurants in the Epicentre Complex to get food at , so this was a non- issue for us.
