1. Be aware that you have to park in the Epicenter garage, which is $20 for 24hr but it is an hourly rate which is better than flat fee of a Hilton, Westin, etc. The rooms are situated above the Epicenter area with restaurants and bars so you can hear some nightlife but it wasn't an issue for me on the 15th floor.

4. There is a receptionist for check-in, some chairs, a snack room (for fee), business lounge (two computers with free Internet & printing), and a bar (but seemed to be always empty).

8. (oh, and by the way, ther are at least a 1/2 dozen other comparible hotels in the area within walking distance of anything you want to do) They didn't have a phone book and couldn't give me the phone number to the bobcats arena nor to dominos pizza (which they had to google for me when they found time) And the room that I reserved a month in advance cost me 100 more bucks than what was dicussed on the phone because they failed to mention that that price didn't include any taxes or fees or the parking billed to me through the hotel.
"never again " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/8/2009 Vote
