1. The reception staff is usually happy and helpful, check-in efficient, swimming pool small but decent (indoor, for laps).

7. My basic advice on the noise is to 1) check the schedule for the Epicenter and see if they have a band playing and 2) when you check in, ask for a room that isn't on the side of the middle of the Epicenter.

8. When we arrived and tried to check in 15 minutes prior to check in we were informed our room type was not available.

9. Short of having a little trouble locating the hotel, the staff was very nice, the check-in process quick and simple, our room extremely nice with a beautiful view of the downtown, and the ocation just about perfect.

10. There is a receptionist for check-in, some chairs, a snack room (for fee), business lounge (two computers with free Internet & printing), and a bar (but seemed to be always empty).
