2. Our room was very modern looking and had a great flat screen TV, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were fine, and included Dispensers in the shower with Shower Soap and Shampoo.

4. Obviously, we went immediately down to the front desk to report the disruption, including where it came from, and I also asked that my bathroom (which consisted solely of a toilet and shower) be cleaned.

5. He opened the door a crack to hear them explain why they were knocking and they barged in, explaining briefly that they needed to use the bathroom because 'the guy they were with had locked them out of his room while he went to get ice'.

8. I ended up having to walk outside at 12/1am in the middle of the bar seen at least 3-4 blocks away - only to have my dog go to the bathroom in a flower bed.

9. Poor customer service: For starters, the light in our bathroom was out, so Aloft replaced it with a desk lamp that was all but ineffective & made everyone look like a ghoul in the mirror.
