1. We did, unfortunately, stay at the Hilton during some event (I'm thinking it was a prom), so most of our night was spent listening to large crowds of people roam our halls, laughing and making noise.

9. The same day the toilet got fixed the second time around, I got a call from a hotel Customer Service Manager named Veronica late one evening, she apologized profusely about the poor toilet and noise troubles I was having and thanked me for my patience.
