1. He saved us money by ensuring we took the correct taxi service to and from Phillips Arena, as we were ripped off excessively on our first trip.

4. Breakfast was great too-- lots of bagels, muffins, breads, fruits, grits, oatmeal, etc. Again, it was a 'very good' stay (despite some of the issues) just for that, so I HIGHLY recommend the Executive Floor experience for the extra money.

5. The manager took care of it, but he also looked at me as though he couldn't understand why I'd be upset (it was the end of the month, and I had very little money in my account, so I was overdrawn), and he didn't even apologize or offer to comp a meal, etc. Everything was cleared up by the next morning, but there was no effort made by the hotel to smooth over the situation any further.

6. I had only stayed in the hotel one night, so no money should have been charged yet, and my hotel stay wasn't even $600; it was a little under $500, so all of the amounts were random.

7. front desk at check-in: did not get the 'member treatment'--why give hilton my money if they don't give me any reason to return?i got what i booked, paid for, & nothing more.

10. They also charge you an extra fifty dollars per night for incidentals, all up-front, and then will refund you the money later.
