1. On priceline we were offered a price of $119 but after the local tax, resort tax, local phone call fees, and internet service we were billed $130 more than expected.

4. We stayed here on a discounted hotwire special of around sixty-five plus fees, but if I had known, I would have paid the extra for one of the hotels with an indoor pool, or heated outside pool.

5. front desk at check-out: got the 'member treatment' after explaining my one night experience--received rm discount, comped self-parking fee, & offered to comp breakfast at on-site restaurant (now that's hhonors member treatment).

7. There is a fee for internet usage, which even as a travel professional I do not understand why hotels do not offer complimentary access in this day and age, but, it is what it is.

8. Not the most convenient place to stay if you have a car, there is a daily fee for parking in the garage and it is a hassle to get into the parking garage from the street (you have to see what I am talking about), and the parking is weird, but that is a minor annoyance.
