1. My flight was delayed and I called the hotel and asked if they would allow one of my siblings to check-in on my credit card until I got there and they allowed them to check-in with no hassle (maybe the Embassy Suites can take a lesson from them).

6. Check in/out was a breeze and they had a very large lobby/lounge area to have drinks, etc. I would stay here again as long as the price was right.

9. Courtesy at check-in was excellent, including a tube of tooth paste to help us with what we forgot and an upgrade to a room with a king-size bed (versus the confirmed 2 double beds) on a high floor.
