We also did not have a 'do not disturb' card to place outside on the door, so housekeeping also provided a wake-up call at 8:00 a.m. (Interestingly, I noticed no one had one of those cards and I heard the maid go room to room - not sure if the hotel does not provide them or not?)I was not happy when I discovered the hotel charges for internet access.
