1. All the rooms have been fully upgraded with new furniture, beds, new linens, amenities, etc. The staff is friendly and very service oriented, food and beverage service is above average, wifi internet is good though kicks out occasionally.

2. I do however think that WIFI should be complimentary in an hotel i 2012 - having to pay pr computer when all the family these days bring a personal PC seems like robbery.

3. Yes, you could trek down to the lobby and get free wireless access, but it is more convenient to have it in the room.

8. I was there for a huge conference, it's the ideal location for this kind of event (for holidays I would prefer something more cosy, this is a huge hotel)The room was large, perfectly clean, comfortable bed, we had free wifi but that was for the conference only.
