2. Anyway the Newport covered the room for that night, but not the parking which was $25.00 and they also waved the resort fee, gave us valet parking free, 4 free drinks, and 2 free lunches.

4. Other than eating there, we ate at Emerald Coast (Chinese - couple blocks north) it is expensive for dinner, so go for lunch, Bubba Gump (both at Bayside and Ft Lauderdale) - which we love, Hard Rock in Hollywood, had Papa Johns delivered to room, and Dominos.

5. Although the food was ordinary (coconut shrimp, mahi mahi sandwiches, buffalo wings packaged in plastic lunch containers) and drinks served in plastic cups, it was all free with this package, so we really couldn't complain.

6. For $125, we got a 1 hour facial, a 1 hour massage, champagne on arrival, a private cabana on the beach, lunch served at our cabana, all drinks included, dinner at the cabana with smoothies and dessert to complete this totally indulgent day.

7. We stayed 1 night before a cruise--had lunch at the Tiki Bar--the special of the day was fish & chips--we all received raw fish--could not get the attention of any of the staff--had to pick up the plates and take them to the bar ourselves for attention --they did re-cook the fish for us--Our room was out-dated with a murphy bed--we were on a floor that was 3/4 under construction--was very noisy into the night--finally we called the desk & the construction quieted down--very dusty--we looked at the remodeled room which looked much better than the room we were in--parking was valet with a charge daily & the staff expected tips to get your car-Breakfast was good-it came with the room--but only 2--the desk staff did 'slip' us 1 more ticket for breakfast without charge (the best thing about the stay).

9. We booked in and the first thing we were told was our room with balcony wasn't available that night because they were doing building work however our room would be available first thing in the morning and by way of compensation we were given free breakfasts and lunch.

10. if you want to go to Miami Ink its on Washington between 13th and 14th and if i may suggest go on washington i think its before 13th on your right there will be a little closed path with restaurants and what not look for a place called Hosteria Romana , cheapest place and the food was the best i have ever had anywhere i have gone on Vacation and the service was to kill for i cant begin to tell you how amaing they are!so it is a must for lunch or dinner you will not regret it.
