1. Check in time is 3:00pm the room wasn't ready until 3:45 and that is only because the bell hop, after seeing how upset I was, helped the maid get it done.

5. Two jackets were taken from one of the room; maid claimed she never took the jackets ( one jacket had car and house keys and the other was a child's) or removed anything from the room.
