6. )- Smart and bright concierge with good advice (Note to management - give the guy a raise)- LOCATION - the location of the hotel is perfect, you just walk through the pool area, go down 10 stairs, and in 100 feet you are in the beautiful waters of Miami beach.

10. If the concierge desk makes the reservation for you, the restaurant prints a personalized menu (with your name at the top), no wait, sits you where you want (choose the pier) and wait on you hand and foot, complete with a 'VIP' card, flowers AND a free app or dessert.
