1. All the managers care about are themselves and not the customers.

2. We had great fun and the kids loved the free hair braids , henna tattoos etc.Finally a shout for Michelle Theodule, the front desk manager, she was happy to resolve any issues, she and all of the staff obviously enjoyed working at the resort and everyone was in good spirits.

3. The front desk manager, Michelle Theodule, a wonderful addition to the Hotel, got me all settled in a room for the night and the next day, she personally followed through making sure that we would be happy in our assigned room.
