3. The resort in May could not have benn emptier but the service in both the spa cafe and Bistro could not have been slower-- even thought there apppeared to be plenty of staff relative to the crowd or lack there of.

10. The gym at Bacara is great: plenty of machines, treadmills and elipiticals and unlike some places you don`t have to sign in when you utilize the facilities.
