1. When we told him we would prefer to replace the sunglasses ourselves, he told us he would be happy to give us one night free at the resort within the coming year as compensation.

5. Got a deal through american express $249 per night 3rd night was free, included breakfast daily, upgrade to ocean view for free, plus a free $75 dollar lunch so everything was very reasonable for such a nice hotel.

6. The second pool is all for the expensive rentable Cabana use ONLY, without a single 'free' lounge chair on that entire huge pool deck.
