1. When I'm paying near 500 a night for a basic room, at the very least I expect it to be clean, and I expect to be able to sleep.

8. Opposite our front door was smashed food on the walkway and used Q-tips from cleaning an adjacent room.

9. The only other negative I have to comment on was the rudeness of some patrons - we watch a woman walking her two dogs around the property who did not clean up after her dog relieved himself.
