1. Since we had a credit toward breakfast we ate there every morning, but would have done so even without the credit as the food was so good.

2. In comparison, the following night we stayed at the Lodge at Torrey Pines in San Diego and that $85 credit was good for use at any of the resort restaurants for any meal and could also be used for room service or items consumed from the mini-bar.

8. the resort looks good on the surface but once checked in, you see the signs of wear, poor upkeep and the overall attitude of the staff and service in the restaurants was awful.

9. Steep hills walking around the resort might preclude the less able from enjoying the grounds, we didn't mind the walks after eating such good food.
