1. The hotel had several good points: the room had an exceptionally comfortable bed with lovely soft pillows and duvet, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and security was very good.

2. Rooms in general are comfortable, however I believe there needs to be a renovation of soft furnishings, wallpaper, carpeting & drapes.

3. I signed up for a Starwoods membership a long time ago and never really used it so I gave them my number and even though I don't have any status whatsover, they gave us access to the Club, put us on the Preferred Guest floor, and gave us free continental breakfast every morning and access to soft drinks and water(so we didn't have to pay for bottled water they offer in the rooms for extra charge).
