3. Comfortable regulation Sheraton bed & clean white crisp linens, good blackout blinds and in room Starbucks coffee maker which was a nice touch.

4. Guys on the desk offered to run us over to the mall if we didn't want to walk, which was nice, but we took the 15 min walk.

5. As mentioned, the rooms have seen a lot of service and are past there best in some areas, but our room was perfectly serviceable for our needs with a nice 42' flat screen and clean crisp bed linen.

6. To me, a working shower is an integral part of the Sheraton offering 'hotel rooms' and am extremely disappointed more was not done to allow us to part ways nicely.
