1. Dirty and stained carpets (I wore shoes walking around the room and slept in socks), furniture that wouldn't have been out of place in a dorm room that I wouldn't have sat on in a Tyvek suit, and a disgusting bathroom with shower pressure that can generously be described as 'San Fransisco mist.

2. Rooms in general are comfortable, however I believe there needs to be a renovation of soft furnishings, wallpaper, carpeting & drapes.

8. Hotel in general was lovely and clean and beds very also very comfy, no problems with noise as we were in a room at the back.

9. The plumbing needs some major repairs as well, the rooms have drippy faucets, clogged drains, and just generally poorly maintained bathrooms.
