3. As advised by helpful travelers on here, I asked for a room at the back of the hotel facing the mountain on check in and we were given a room on the 11th floor.

4. Check in/desk staff we're all very helpful & friendly and although no free wifi in the rooms, there were two pc's in the lobby for guest use, so that's what I used.

6. The hotel had several good points: the room had an exceptionally comfortable bed with lovely soft pillows and duvet, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and security was very good.

9. Sometimes when I'm trying to get on ZeNet in the room, I'll just give up and go to one of the free Link terminals rather than call the help desk to get on.
