1. In 'new' room, no lightbulb in reading lamp, stopper in bathroom sink broken, lightbulb burned out over bathroom mirror, air conditioner/heating unit broken,,,one electrical outlet in wall plug worn out and could not be used.

5. The hotel could solve this issue relatively quickly with improved insulation on the current windows, or for a permanent solution (however expensive) with completely new windows.
