2. Check in/desk staff we're all very helpful & friendly and although no free wifi in the rooms, there were two pc's in the lobby for guest use, so that's what I used.

3. The hotel had several good points: the room had an exceptionally comfortable bed with lovely soft pillows and duvet, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and security was very good.
