3. There are plenty of nice restaurants just across the freeway in Mission Valley, so rather than eat from an uninspired menu and over-pay, drive across the freeway (three or four blocks) and you'll have plenty of options.

5. There are plenty of great hotels such as The Courtyard /Spectrum Center who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the parking is actually free.

8. There are plenty of hotels in this area called Hotel Circle, and I think they would all have similar issues w/ freeway noise unless they're extremely sound-proofed.
