1. When I checked in which was a little after twelve pm the clerk seemed to have a bit of a attitude being short with his responses and when I asked a question about which room had the single bed he responded by saying neither.

6. Durango - just to make sure I don't trash the wrong place) because although there was slightly negative feedback (who doesn't have complaints now and then), management (I assume it was mgmt) wrote a response and apologized for whatever the problem was.

7. The response was 'that's the only floor that's available - all of the other rooms/floors are closed and all of the rooms on that floor were just painted so they all smell that way'.

8. Was robbed and Radisson San Antonio, Radisson Corporate and the management company refused to take any responsibility because there was no 'proof' of us having said items.

9. Although the hotel staff was extremely friendly, efficient, and responsive to our needs, this Radisson definitely fell short of other three-star hotels (including Radisson) at which we have stayed in the past.
