1. Restaurant--while all the aps were fried in one way or another, they were still decent for the most part (except the onion ring strips, not so good).

4. Service was Ok except we had to call twice and wait over 35 minutes to be picked up by the complimentary shuttle to the Alamo Plaza (5 to 7 minutes away).

5. The three story parking lot was full except for the top, open level (very hot up there so don`t leave anything in the car) and it took a very long time for the elevator to get to the top (over 5 minutes and it leaved you wondering if it works at all).

6. Ever employee there (except a room maid the 2nd day) appeared to be very unhappy working in this hotel.

7. Nothing was actually close (walking distance) from the hotel exception one restaurant that was 3-4 blocks away.
