The room was musty smelling and on the side of the street with

The entire lobby and the hallways are gutted right now with dry wall pieces, ladders, buckets and other similar items strewn every where, as well as
construction
workers yelling loudly at one another, drilling holes, etc.

Once inside, the lobby is a
construction
zone - more orange cones,
construction
paper covering the floors, more
construction
dust, large wooden panels covering some doors - one door had wood stuck through the handles to keep them from opening.
