1. When I went to the front desk to complain about not getting the wake up calls and to get our copy of the bill (which should have been zero dollars) I was told the reason why we weren't called was because they did not have us registered and therefore could not find us.

5. I didn't venture into the restaurant (San Antonio is replete with safer choices, particularly downtown), but the dinner menu posted in the elevator looked reasonably priced and acceptably inviting.

8. The reason customers pick the area is so they can be closer to the River Walk, not the interstate.

9. On a positive note the hotel restaurant serves good food and has exellent service at a very reasonable price, and there is a nice courtyard with a pool.
