5. You just need to tell the cab driver to go the shortest route or they will take the scenic route-which costs more and who cares at midnight? We only wish that we could have stayed a few more days at the Radisson.

8. When I walk out of the elevator into my floor there was such a sweet clean fragance in the hallway that it was clear to me the effort the envirometal employees had put into the care of the hotel.

9. We arrived to find that the room we had booked was unavailable so they put us in a room for the disabled (no shower curtain water was all over the bathroom floor no matter how careful one was).
