2. The included breakfast was awesome, there were lots of choices and everyone was very HAPPY which is hard to do with two 10 yr olds, a 12 yr old an 18 month old and the 4 adults.

6. The employee that checked us in didn't really have a clue and a couple of the bellmen were rude, on the other hand, there was a very nice lady at the front desk, the shuttle driver was awesome, and out maid was very nice.
