I booked the hotel months in advance and also called in advance to see if it was at all possible to ensure that i get a double beded room now i know that priceline does not gurantee you that you get a double bed room, and also i was not even holding the hotel responsible if that was or was not avaialbe.

3. The hotel staff was extremely responsive to my needs as the event coordinator - particularly Thurston, the concierge and Mostafa who handled the banquet activities.

10. Moving the guest who is abiding by the rules & being respectful of others is NOT the appropriate response to a complaint of loud noise or smoke on a non-smoking floor.
