1. Their hotel choice also needed a good restaurant, in addition to a fast pick-up breakfast alternative, a fun bar, a computer center for obtaining boarding passes, a gym for those who found the time to work out, and most of all, clean, comfortable sleeping quarters.

2. We had a small problem with the internet the first night and the engineer came straight to our room and fixed it fast and without hesitation said that he would make sure we were not charged for that day.
