4. from arriving till leaving our main point of refreshment for us was the pool bar (whilst we were at the hotel),Imad the bartender was great and made us very welcome and some of his cocktails were lovely and we ate a number of times from the poolbar menu when we werent doing the theme parks.

8. We were made to feel very welcome, and the food in the restaurant that was also available around the pool was delicious and cheap, and the pool area was relaxing.

9. We stayed at the hotel in April 2011, and yeah, the room was a little dated, but the friendly and welcoming staff told us that once the main tower block refurbishment was finished, they would be refurbing the rooms around the pool.
