4. There are car rental desks and attraction desks in the reception if you need any of these things which we didn't and was very pleased that they didn't try to pressure you into buying from them like I have experienced in other places.

Although we were pleased with the standard of the accommodation we will be staying in a quieter hotel at within the Disney complex next time because we prefer the Disney parks, but would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone choosing not to hire a car and planning to spend more time at Universal.
