1. The furnishings where not brand new but where in good condition TV, Fridge & Microwave all in good working order.

2. the toilet overflowed something nasty (they sent someone and offered a new room - so again, staff was great), the caulk around the tub was kinda gross and so was the floor.

5. The taxi company is new to the hotel but they do run shuttles from other hotels apparently to disney at earlier times.

7. On the occasions I called the front desk to try to get a new dryer no one answered the phone.
