1. I have stayed in lots of places and really even elevators that are located in receptions are no more secure because the staff are normally too busy to notice if you are a guest or not.

2. After explaining to the very unfriendly staff that this room was not acceptable and we could not stay in it for out 2 week holiday we were reluctantly moved to the tower, we were in the 7th floor and I can not explain the fear I had getting out the lift the railings are not a secure enough feature for such high floors.

3. One floor down, and i told the security for him to please open the door to this one, to make sure that nobody jumps out of this one.

4. When suddenly there is so called security guard walking the halls,i told the security of the huge screw up that they had done,so he calls downstairs from his radio and they told him to take me to another room.
