1. Facilities / Housekeeping- The housekeeping was as you expect they came and done what the had to do with minimal disturbance spoke to a few of them who where all very pleasant and accomodating to our needs.

2. The staff where very helpful and upgraded our room to a Double King in the tower block at no extra charge I guess we travelled at a quiet time of year so this may not always be the case but they where very pleasant.
