7. Me and my husband and in laws here in Sept / Oct for 3 weeks and the hotel was absolutley fantastic, the rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were really friendly.

After about half an hour we decided we could not stay in this room and went to reception to request a move to D block which we knew had been recently renovated, the staff were fantastic and immediately arranged a new room in D block (got the impression they get asked alot for room changes from the tower block).
