1. We had no issues with noise from neighbours unlike some other people have suggested but accept this may be due to being on the top floor.

After explaining to the very unfriendly staff that this room was not acceptable and we could not stay in it for out 2 week holiday we were reluctantly moved to the tower, we were in the 7th floor and I can not explain the fear I had getting out the lift the railings are not a secure enough feature for such high floors.

3. He went to get me a beverage from the soda machine, only to find out that not only did the machine on our floor not accept money, but every other floor (in the tower) did not either.

4. We were asked upon check in if we would like a kettle to be brought to our rooms which my mother in law accepted and within 5 mins of getting to her room the kettle was delivered, we had a couple of things wrong in the bathroom in our room which we reported to the reception and when we arrived back from having some food they were fixed.

7. We were planning on going back to that hotel when we go back to orlando this year, but since we have heard all these poor recent reivews and since it no longer accepts priority club we are planning to go to another local hotel.

9. I don't think this is acceptable at all as we saved all year for a holiday of a lifetime and it turned out to be a holiday from hell.

10. The staff just accept whatever room number you give them and don't check your identity - I had to really argue that it was not mine and I still feel that they were not totally convinced - I told them to look on their cameras and find me in the bar at all since I had not been in there as it was not a welcoming place.
