1. It was nice that its right across the street from Universal and also provides a free shuttle.

2. On checking in, we were offered a free gift if we went to the Concierge Desk - when we got there they were simply trying to get us to attend a TimeShare meeting to buy into one of their new developments, if we attended we would be rewarded with a $100 American Express card.

3. As far as cost, we booked a special through Spirit Airlines: prepay breakfast during check-in and kids eat free.

5. We were also given free breakfast vouchers and not charged for my daughter so we ended up having 5 mornings of free breakfast buffets which would have cost $20 + each .

6. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby for FREE, however, they charge for Internet use in the rooms.

7. One downside that keeps me from giving the 'excellent' rating: they tried to charge me for the Internet access (free for Diamond members), so that means they don't review carefully the folios before issuing them.

10. Parking was $12 a day for self park kind of high and I wish Hilton would just offer free wi-fi in the rooms but they don't its a charge.
