We had friendly, welcoming employees for valet parking, a great receptionist (thank you Diane), excellent service in the restaurant for dinner (a young Asian guy whose name slipped my memory - he was very friendly and attentive), and very good breakfast service at Pompano's (Martha was just great).

8. One downside that keeps me from giving the 'excellent' rating: they tried to charge me for the Internet access (free for Diamond members), so that means they don't review carefully the folios before issuing them.

9. As others have written, the breakfast buffet is excellent, the Starbucks in the lobby convenient and the 15 - 20 minute walk to Universal is very easy.
