1. The guest asked for a better piece, so the waiter walked around the table and tried to serve it to someone else at the table, who also refused it.

4. And the taxis were a pleasant surprise - town cars or better, not the 'yellow cab' type, and the drivers were definitely trained in customer service.

9. Everytime someone opened and closed a door at the corridor you woke up jumping- It is ooooold, outdated, the bathroom has seen better centuries.

10. Our trip to Orlando revolved around one day at Universal Studios and one day at Islands of Adventure, so the location of the hotel couldn't have been better.
