1. All in all it was ok, but you wouldn't stay if you had time on your hands, best used as somewhere to sleep after a day at the parks but don't expect much else.

2. When i asked best way to get to Disney they had no idea, then i walked around twenty yards to the Valet area where the Bell Boys told me they had a shuttle service available to Disney resorts (book the day before).

3. they do have warm cookies at check in which is great if you have little ones they do charge your credit card for incedentals and parking if you have a car so be aware of this if you are on a fixed budget other then that this id probably one of the best non site hotels to stay at if you are going to Universal.

8. Now, alot of hotes are great but it takes a great staff to keep things in order and from someone who travels the world, this hotel has one of the best staffs around.
